Another Boeing Worker Had Lockheed Documents
Last month Boeing Co. acknowledged that two of its employees had been in possession of stolen Lockheed Martin Corp. documents during a $2 billion rocket-launcher competition in 1999. Boeing fired them, suspended a third employee and said the trio represented an isolated incident.

Now court filings submitted by Boeing in a separate lawsuit show that the Chicago-based company fired a man in 2001 who admitted to having "tons" of proprietary Lockheed documents, including secret pricing data.

Boeing prepared the filings as part of its defense in a lawsuit brought by a former employee, Krishnan Raghavan, who says he was wrongfully fired after he told Boeing managers that a colleague -- Dean Farmer, a former Lockheed Martin engineer -- had the proprietary documents. Raghavan filed the suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court last year.
