US Forces in Iraq Detain 61 Al-Qaeda Members
American forces in Iraq have reportedly detained 61 people linked to al-Qaeda Iraq led by Jordanian terrorist Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.

Spokesman of multinational forces in Iraq, General Rick Lynch said in a statement announced earlier today the detained al-Qaeda members were captured during an operation on a training camp near the city of Felluce (Fallaujah) on Monday.

The US forces conduct regular operations in the Al Anbar region, a popular area for sheltering many foreign insurgents.

6. Yea.
So where's the blood trail?

They should have mentioned they got the Number 2# guy again Or killed some one like the #5 guy
You may ask were the #3 and #4 guys are, due to a supervisor mix up they both got there 2 weeks
vacation at the same time so look out #6 there coming for you next

that would have defiantly added the flair to give the story more credit.

9. knowing; what we know about propaganda, why should we believe this?
Jessica Lynch saga--lie. Pat Tillman--lie.

Bush will invoke the name al-Qaeda anywhere he thinks it will drive Americans into a frenzy of fear and retaliation. His goal now is to save himself from the humiliation of his failure and possibly from criminal charges. If they are not Al- Qaeda, they will be tortured humiliated and beaten, some possibly to death, until they beg for mercy and eventually forced to say they are Al Qaeda

I don't believe one single thing of it.

10. I find it rather suspicious that 61 hardened Jihadists would go down
without a fight to the death.

11. Where's the Hero Soldier From Yesterday...
He was in GD yesterday showing us all the sunshine and roses from Iraq. He also said he saw a lot of Al-Qaeda in Iraq. He failed to mention why they were there, and if he has ever tortured, murdered, slaughtered...oh well, I'll stop there.

13. Don't you know that by drawing attention
to American operations and intelligence capabilities during a war, you are only helping the enemy? You obviously hate freedom and want the terrorists to win.
