2. Good Thing The SOS He Appointed Approved The Machines
Luckily he'll have the Diebold factor on his side, so that should be helpful in trimming that difference he needs to make up.

3. Great News! ... but I thought the last we read, he was gaining popularity
and was ahead of Dems.

Field Poll *is* highly reputable and accurate so this is highly encouraging!!

6. his idiot ballot initiatives
are still fresh in Californians' minds. He's made too many enemies during his tenure and no matter what he does, the public tide is against him.

7. Sorry. Idiots who think it's cool to have him as Gov don't answer polls.
Mark my words. He'll get out there. Have a few big public events. And he will have a much stronger pull on election day.

Tell me when he's polling at 25% or less.

Now that steroid-boy's body is falling apart, he's not going to be in many action flicks.

Man. he's like the Walls of Jericho. :P

He's too old to be an action star anymore, anyway. His best bet would probably be producing, or maybe he can do real estate - he's got some pretty good investments.

BTW - this is one Californian who can't wait to give him

started their commercials in about the last week and a half. I think we can get enough votes to put Arnie out as long as the votes get counted. :yoiks:

19. Yeah, but
the only thing I can see for a state-wide person to run against him is for Diane Feinstein to do it a la Pete Wilson. A run from the Senate to the Governorship would make sense.

I had hoped Willie Brown would do it, but heard that he doesn't want the job.

So who else?

27. Steve Westly
And that's the problem. Neither Westly nor Phil Angelides have strong name recognition right now.
