for maintenance are rendered useless by the ingestion of other pharmaceuticals, secretly incorporated into food and water.

3. Misleading headline ...

... Yahoo piqued my curiosity with it, too ... but the full story reads that the nonscrip drug was found over the last year - not at post-mortem examination.

Although, the drug is said to lessen the effects of the other meds he was taking, so it sure looks like someone(s) was/were slowly trying to bring on a 'natural' heart attack over time. Appears to have worked.
