Seven-in-Ten Americans Say Iraq Not Worth Fighting

(Angus Reid Global Scan) – More adults in the United States regret their government’s decision to launch the coalition effort, according to a poll by CBS News. 70 per cent of respondents think the result of the war with Iraq was not worth the loss of American life and other costs of attacking Iraq, up seven points since February.

Source: CBS News
Methodology: Telephone interviews with 1,136 American adults, conducted from Mar. 9 to Mar. 12, 2006. Margin of error is 3 per cent.

5. As W's lies come out the reasons reveal their shallowness
W is going to talk Monday on a functional town in Iraq. So? Is a functional Iraqi town worth 2,314 American troops death and the thousands and thousands deaths of Iraqis?

Chances are it was functioning better before our invasion and occupation.

I think Americans are now understanding there are no positives on this "war" other than for corporate globalists.

it'll be like 8/10 disapprove. And what's this "coalition effort?" That's the biggest mistake so far is not having a very broad coalition. Cheney and the war profiteers. Where's Bill Kristol these days?
