I've never experienced war either, but I sure wouldn't put other peoples lives in harms way. I don't need the experience, I understand the consequences of what war can do to people.

I hear the military/pentagon hands out incredible bonuses to our representatives in congress. I wouldn't be surprised if Biden got some of that extra dough.

More of the important constitutional balance of powers issues were raised by, non-Judiciary committee member, John Kerry in his speech on the day of the cloture vote than were raised as quaetions by Biden. (Feingold did ask questions relating to these concerns).
