Photo Op Becomes an Oops (LOL!)

Senate Democrats have been hooting over an errant e-mail from Manuel Miranda, an aide to Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-Tenn.), that was sent to all top Republican staff members.

Seems Miranda got a note from one "EK" -- Elizabeth Keys, senior communications adviser for the Senate Republican Conference -- talking about coverage of the Republican protest over Democrats' filibustering GOP judicial nominees. He sent her e-mail on with a one-line note to other GOP staff members to get their bosses to Frist's offices on time.

From: Miranda, Manuel (Frist) Sent: Wednesday, November 12, 2003 2:55 PM Subject: FW: Exact March In Time Importance: High IT IS IMPORTANT TO DOUBLE EFFORTS TO GET YOUR BOSS TO S 230 on TIME.....

FOX News Channel is really excited about this marathon and Brit Humeat 6 would love to open with all our 51 Senators walking onto the Floor -- the producer wants to know will we walk in exactly at 6:02 when the show starts so they get it live to open Brit Hume's show? or if not, can we give them an exact time for the walk-in start? -- EK

1. Isn't that some sort of conflict of interest to have the media

play such a large part in the political arena? And will this be our "memogate?" Wonder what the dreaded Mia X of Free Republic would have to say about this.....

Let's face it, the political process is stagecraft now.

So he can plant a big wet one on their hairy asses. He should be done going down the line of 51 by 6:10. Please no one be late for this huge photo op. Brit and Faux are doing their part, be on time.

I just heard it on Mike Malloy and I hope to see it on the networks, but I'm not holding my breath.
I am reminded of them marching in unison, for the cameras, into the impeachment hearings.
