First Sniper Case In Hands Of Jury
With no direct evidence that John Allen Muhammad ever fired a shot in last fall's sniper spree, jurors face one crucial question: Was he the mastermind who holds ultimate responsibility?

The jury of 11 whites and one black is scheduled to begin deliberating Friday morning in Muhammad's capital murder trial after more than three weeks of testimony.

As the stage was set for deliberations to begin, lawyers at both the Muhammad trial and the trial of his accused accomplice - Lee Boyd Malvo - were hit with a potential bombshell about a prosecution witness.

Now if we could train law enforcement to go after White Collar White GOP Men as quickly!
