Reward set for cat killers $10,000 offered to find shooters in Napa

Jittery residents of a neighborhood in the city of Napa have posted a $10,000 reward to find information about snipers who have fatally shot three cats and wounded six others in the last month.

Napa Police Officer Ken Chapman said a resident of the Alta Heights area, in the eastern part of the city, spotted two men wearing hooded sweatshirts driving a white Toyota Tundra pickup truck on Oct. 11. One man was leaning out of the passenger window and pointing a rifle toward the houses in the middle- class neighborhood.

This isn't only about animal cruelty. These are dangerous individuals that are doing this.

These are killers. And they're practicing. And it's one step to other people.

This also sounds a bit like the DC sniper scare.

These days I find myself going "mmmm" more than makes me comfortable.

6. Copycat Killer

Pardon the pun, but a few borderline teens watched the news about the DC snipers and are experimenting to see if they can get away with it.

They need to be caught and soon and treated.

The treatment they need is 5 years of hard time.
With any luck, they'll make a stupid move when they get caught and have the opportunity to see what it feels like when a bullet rips through your body.
Whoever is doing this is garbage. It's not shoplifting or graffitti. They have chosen their path and I hope they pay dearly for it.

8. Yes, that's can be true

and, while it used to be done on an individual basis, now the psychos are using the buddy system.

Actually, the one thought that did cross my mind was: What if one of these guys miss the at target and hit a person instead?
