case, I am expecting some new filings to come out of this hearing today.

I just checked the Federal Court Site where this stuff gets filed for the public and nadda yet for Libby or Rover for today, but we can hope for something good this afternoon.

Keep checking back to the link I gave you, that thread will permanently stay there as more and more filings are added.

he had his chance(s), five times in front of the GJ is bad. I think Fitz is showing the Cheney stuff because when he goes for Cheney he will go for more serious charges like conspriacy and outing an agent, ect..

In order for these charges to stick Fitz needs to things

1) evidence - which I am sure he has plenty of

2) other people to make the conspiracy - Rover, Libby, Rice ect..

I know that I am assuming a lot but this seems like a path that Fitz could go down.

strongly to Rove perjury. He has very likely been indicted (or an old sealed indictment about to be unsealed), and negotiations are occurring, by which Fitzgerald is trying to get Rove to tell the truth--to give up the masterminds (Cheney, probably--or Libby on the main crime--or others*). That's why this is taking a while. Figzgerald is a very patient and relentless prosecutor, who uses classic strategy of sweating lower perps to give up bigger perps. This is very high stakes--the highest--with the most dangerous perps on earth. If and when he indicts, he will have it nailed.

*(My pick for chief mastermind is Rumsfeld, who hasn't been mentioned much in investigation articles. I'm wondering, too, about these 12 retired generals--or however many it was--who recently took him on. Do they have their noses to wind? Cheney HAS been mentioned--in the Libby indictment. Cheney told Libby Plame's ID, but both were cleared to know it--so it wasn't a crime, technically--unless there was a conspiracy to out her (and her whole counter-proliferation team--the rest of the story). The problem that Libby has is that he then went and told reporters--and has lied about that. He has still not been charged with the main felony, of outing Plame/Brewster-Jennings. That could be coming, but it's a harder crime to prove, because it requires proof of ill intent, I believe. And conspiracy is yet another possible charge--against Rove and Libby and others. Fitzgerald has certainly seemed to be laying out a case for conspiracy in recent filings.)
