Mayor Accused Of Discounting Water Bills For Sex
The 72-year-old mayor of Waldron has been charged with patronizing a prostitute and abusing the public trust for allegedly using his official position to obtain sex.

Assistant Prosecuting Attorney John Riedel said Mayor Troy Anderson was charged Monday in Scott County Circuit Court with four counts of patronizing a prostitute, a misdemeanor, and two counts of abuse of the public trust, a felony.

The allegations involve two women. A state police affidavit says that in one case, Anderson gave a woman with whom he was having sex special treatment on her city water bill and also paid her for sex.

The state police affidavit says that in another case, Anderson tried to solicit sex from a woman for several years because of her delinquent water account and later paid her $100 for sex.

12. My second google had him planning to run for a judgeship
as a dem, in a dem primary. Maybe there is some mixup-he is the 72 year old mayor, right?
I'll look again. This has a particular significance to me, as I did a list, last year, of 726 sexual peccadillos wherein the political leanings of the perp could be determined.
Turned out 723 were republican.
I'm not sure if this really means anything, in the half vast world of political labels, but it has piqued my interest.

The majority of these crimes were really bad, involving children, for instance, and the perponderance of republicans leads me to believe that the three who seemed to be dems may well have been false flag or simply stump ignorant.

10. I once had a landlord who offered me $1 per week off my rent,
in return for sex. I helpfully suggested it would be cheaper for him to pay me $1 per inch.

16. He was offering to reduce my rent by $1 per week,
if I agreed to be available to do whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted.

I didn't ask for details as to exactly what activities would be required of me if I agreed, or how often.

And the man was so utterly repulsive that I doubt the cheapest, drunkest whore would have let him touch her.
