but he is such a good looking young man. What a shame to waste such people in this endless war.

8. I think of his youth
and the fact he was in the fucking MN National Guard. He did not sign up to go to Iraq. :(

13. There are no words for what is happening in Iraq
every day. Those pictures were very upsetting,to say the least. Some of these were pictures taken during the time there was a shut-down of main roads around Baghdad. Shots of road blocks are interesting since we have misplaced 2 soldiers at a road block. Hard to see how the U.S. can be seen over there winning the hearts and minds. Our guys are right in the middle of all that hate and anger, they gotta wonder how much good it does for them to be there when they can see they are feared and hated.

Bush is going to stay the course, no cuttin' and runnin' for him. Does he even know what the course is?

5. This just breaks my heart - meanwhile, repukes play games
in congress and Shrub says "it's worth it". God, I truly hate the people who started and perpetuate this horrible war.

7. More Dead Americans - GREAT NEWS FOR "CONSERVATIVES"
Hell, he's "only a number." More die in car wrecks; the murder rate in this country is higher. Please let me continue to share my compassionate conservatism. Hell, I'm limbaugh and hannity and oreilly. We need to stay the course, fuck these kids and their whiny relatives. They volunteered.

Caveat: I'm not trying to be a freeper, just echoing "conservative" ignorance.

10. Throw another one on the pile'

Grass Bush

Pile the bodies high in Austerlitz and Waterloo Iraq
Shovel them under and let me work--
I am the grass; bush; I cover all.

And pile them high in Gettyburg Baghdad
And pile them high in Ypres and Vedum Mossoul and Al Fallaujah

Two years, ten years, and passengers ask the conductor:
What place is this?

I am the grass bush.
Let me work.
