BAGHDAD, Iraq Iraqi police say a car bomb has killed 12 people who had gathered around a vehicle after discovering a corpse inside.
A police captain says the victims were staring at the car parked at a gas station when it blew up.

2. Ingenious indeed

It's interesting what innovations people will come up to kill other people with when they can't just go rumbling into a town at the head of a tank convoy with full air support and gunships cruising off the coast.

Which is another way of saying that employing violence to stop violence is a useless exercise.
