Four more marines killed in Iraq (Sunday announcement)
Edited on Sun Jul-30-06 12:31 PM by Barrett808
BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Four U.S. marines have been killed in action in restive Anbar province, the U.S. military said on Sunday.

The marines, assigned to Regimental Combat Team 7, died on Saturday. No further details were available.

The casualties followed the deaths of four other marines in Anbar, west of Baghdad, on Thursday.

U.S. President George W Bush last week boosted U.S. troop levels in Iraq after increasingly savage sectarian violence raised fears that the country could slip into civil war.

11. Pile the bodies higher and then higher!

Grass Bush

Pile the bodies high in Austerlitz and Waterloo Iraq
Shovel them under and let me work--
I am the grass; bush; I cover all.

And pile them high in Gettyburg Baghdad
And pile them high in Ypres and Vedum Mossoul and Al Fallaujah

Two years, ten years, and passengers ask the conductor:
What place is this?

I am the grass bush.
Let me work.

6. The incompetence is stunning
And it's WAY too late now for their October surprise...they're increasing forces, not drawing them down, and there's no way they can spin it anymore. Remember all the vague promises to reduce forces by 40,000 by December? Nope, not going to happen now. Every Repuke in a race now has to run in favor of the war, or look like the hypocritical assholes they all are.

7. 42 killed in July - no mention of wounded. May their families find peace.
If this administration and their followers truly supported our troops they would have supplied them with decent equipment.

I am beginning to agree with Randi Rhodes (sp) when she says this administration does want our troops to come home. Because when they do come home they're going to tell a whole different story than what we're hearing from Bush/Rumsfield/Chaney/Rice. They are going to tell of the horrors they've experienced, and the failure of this administration.

The Bushes and "their beautiful minds" cannot be bothered thinking about the death, destruction, and human misery taking place in the Middle East.

12. Ed Schultz is not on Armed Forces Radio in Iraq for the same reason
He doesn't screen his calls like Rush does.
They know that the Ed Schultz show would broadcast the truth and
that's why he's not over there.

8. What monsters have we unleashed in the Middle East?

If the End Timers and Bush succeed in expanding the war in Lebanon to Syria and Iran, our troops in Iraq will be overrun by the Shias.
