Budget: Governor Arnold Considers Democratic Plan, More Talks

why are dems backing any bond measure, whether 7 years or 30? the problem is not with the period, it's with the concept.

Is balancing the budget in this manner legal? Also, wouldn't Californians be able to use the $9 billion settlement from the Enron lawsuit?

They are already cutting taxes on AES who contributed to this mess!

Please advise on where the actual specific room for further cuts is given that Republicans also approved the last budget.
