At this late date, I concur with CREW that there should be an INDEPENDENT Investigation outside of either The Justice Department OR The FBI into Foley's activities. It's sad but it seems to be that the FBI is nothing more than A TOOL of The Executive Branch. :thumbsdown:

At a minimum, our Democratic Representatives should ASK WHY the FBI did NOTHING with the *exact same* information when it was provided by CREW three month ago?!? :shrug: :(
