More than 200 wanted suspects were arrested by the Iraqi army in a large operation against insurgents last week in Diyala province and were put on display in Baquba.
Diyala is a volatile, ethnically-mixed area northeast of the capital that has seen some of the worst violence over recent months.
The Commander of the 5th division of the Iraqi army, "We have arrested 251 wanted terrorists from a number of networks including Ansar al-Sunna group, Jamaat al Tawheed wa al Jihad, the 20th Revolution Brigades and a number of Saddam's followers and militiamen,"
