Stratford officials worry about mayor carrying guns
From WTNH, Cannel 8, New Haven, CT: http://www.wtnh.com/Global/story.asp?S=5512139

" The Connecticut Post reports that a Town Council leader and some town workers say Miron has taken a handgun into his Town Hall office and council meetings, and they're concerned about public safety.

Town Council Chairman James Feehan says he saw the mayor carrying one gun under his suit jacket and another strapped to his ankle at a recent council meeting. Feehan says Miron has a right to carry guns as long as he has the proper permit, but he says the mayor should stop arming himself if it makes employees and citizens uncomfortable."

Well, I guess THAT's a good way for the Mayor to make sure that nobody disagrees with him in a meeting!

Guns, guns, we need more guns in this country!

1. Mayor James Miran, aka James Moron.
What's with this clown? I'll bet he drives a huge SUV, too. Small dick syndrome on the march again.

Stratford, CT isn't exactly the wild west, James.

3. As someone from southwest CT, I will tell you that Miron..
is a Democrat who is serving in a sharply divided town (politically and racially). There are a ton of problems with their Police force too.

5. Carrying guns helps?
I respect your views as a "local" of CT but as a foreigner I cannot help
but wonder about the situation where an elected official "needs" to carry
a gun or two when going about his lawful business ...

If racism is the problem, kick the shit out of the police until they
get it sorted.

I'm intrigued as to how problems like this can continue into this decade ...
If there is a problem, replace the turd that you have as lawmaker there.

go, and avast the blighter who isn't loaded.

Let's settle all of our political discussions the old-fashioned way, by shooting the sons of bitches who don't like what we have to say. And if that doesn't satisfy us, well, there are those damn kids in that school down the road...

Onward, shining American Democracy! Guns, guns, we need more guns!
