WASHINGTON - Democratic Rep. John Murtha, the decorated Marine veteran who favors withdrawing U.S. troops from Iraq, will campaign against the congresswoman who labeled him a coward.

Murtha will travel to Cincinnati on Saturday to campaign for Victoria Wulsin, the Democrat challenging Rep. Jean Schmidt.

Last November, Schimdt was booed off the House floor when she delivered a message to Murtha, a Vietnam War veteran who was elected to Congress in 1974. "Cowards cut and run, Marines never do," she said.

The Pennsylvania congressman, a military hawk and close confidant of top military officials, surprised Washington last year when he called for pulling all troops out of Iraq within months.

This lady's angry, vicious mug says it all. She is completely out of control because like all neocons and wingnuts, she's at war with reality. Murtha represented a massive dose of cognitive dissonance for her, and she showed the nation her stinking ass. She belongs in therapy, as far from the levers of power as possible. I can see her winding up at some corner bar, scowling because her bourbon and Coke is so watered-down.

DU is one of many things that are going right in my life. I love the gestalt here. We're a nation of individuals, unlike the hideous blob known as Red State America which buys its Bibles from Wal-Mart and thinks that Jesus spent a lot of time at sporting events and was really down on common people and artists.

All one has to do is get a good look at schmidt to realize that is one seriously unbalanced person. One also wonders how many donations she's accepted from the Military/Industrial Complex?
