Who voted to change the rules that allowed Tom Delay to keep his position as Majority leader? Who outed Valerie Plame Wilson? Who appointed the head of FERC and refused to investigate ENRON, Ken Lay and his fellow conspirators? Who cherry picked intelligence regarding Iraq and WMD's? Who gave tax breaks to the wealthy while opposing minimum wage increases? Who raised the debt ceiling 5 times in the last 5 years?
