Al Franken visits Iraq

Al Franken visited Baghdad International Airport on the USO tour along with members of the WWE including Vince McMahon (whatever his name is) ,some NFL cheerleaders, country music stars Darryl Worely and Mark Wills. The WWE had a film crew there, and Franken also did a remote shoot for SNL apparently to be broadcast at some point in the future. I have a friend who hung out with Franken, he was in their trailer for about a half hour. If I had checked my email last night b4 I went to bed, I could have actually "talked" to Franken thru my pal. Oh well.

My friend got some pictures of Franken, he looks so small, but he looked like he was having a good time.

There's no link online yet that I could find, but I thought I'd post this to let everyone know.

3. I wonder when Rush Limbaugh is going to visit our troops?

Probably...never! I think it's great that Franken and other celebrities are going over there to at least acknowledge we have people serving in Iraq. That seems to be the only thing Bush things our soldiers are good for--as nice backdrops in photos in an attempt to save his failed presidency.

Now that Afghanistan is a narco economy again, I suspect that
