Mental Illness Treatment Overhaul
Treatment for millions of mentally ill Americans should go beyond medication to help people find jobs, make friends and otherwise live meaningful lives, a presidential commission recommends in a report that calls for a fundamental overhaul of the system.

In a report being released Tuesday, the commission recommends that people with mental illnesses and their families have a larger say in their course of treatment and says care plans should do more than just treat symptoms of disease.

It also recommends early screening so children with mental disorders can be diagnosed early and get help quicker. And it says innovative treatments and ideas must get into the field as soon as they are proven effective.

In no way am I making a joke about this. I am 100% sure Bush has several forms of mental illness. The list can just continues.
1. 25 years of alcohol abuse
2. 25 years of drug abuse
3. Bush's language used when talking about death and executions
4. Bush's inability to pronounce words. Dyslexia or other disorder
5. Being in a billionaire jet-set family but not once flying overseas even when his father was President. I feel there's some kind of hidden claustrophobic or aviophobia, flight anxiety. (And I still say he never once flew solo in the Texas Air Guard.)
6. Stealing artifacts at Yale.
7. One drunk driving that we know of.

I hope you all realize, Bush could NEVER get a security clearance just walking in the employment department at Lockheed Martin.
A. So why can he be trusted as pResident?
B. Why do city bus drivers, in the name of public safety, have to take monthly/random drug tests and Doctor performed 'psychological testing' but the person who has the ability to destory the Earth and/or order the killings of thousands of people does not have to be evaluated?

1. "Overhaul" is a vast embellishment - this was just a report...
...a report from a commission that was certainly scripted from the outset. If ANY changes occur, they will not be in the mental health "system", they will be made to enrich Poppy's profits from his investment in the Beverly corporation...

2. Armstrong, others pass blood tests

Why should people riding a bicycle have to take drug tests but the Executive with the ability to lie, cheat, kill... doesn't have to?

And we don't even learn from history. It's a confirmed fact Nixon was a psychotic drug abusers. I've seen words on documentaries used, 'clinical paranoia'
