Copies of Nazi files transferred

The keepers of a vast archive of Nazi documents on the Holocaust have transferred copies of millions of files to museums in Israel and the US.
The electronic transfer is part of an agreement to open up the Bad Arolsen archive, overseen by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

The 47 million files stored in the spa town of Bad Arolsen hold meticulously recorded information on forced labourers, concentration camp victims and political prisoners. They take up 26km (16 miles) of shelving.
Historians believe many more details about the Nazis' murder and brutal exploitation of millions of Jews, Roma (Gypsies) and other victims will be revealed.

Assume 20 pages per file (10 pages double sided), 100KB per image.

Bigger than an HD, but no more than a large server that could cost around $200,000. Possibly 7U.

I don't know of a commercial 100TB server (7U) that fits the bill, but I have a design for one on paper that part costs around $120K. Software is no problem as there are plenty of file systems that can stretch to 100 TB.

He was America's favorite Nazi, after all.

...from the last 5 years of the war. I'm not sure why, but when I visited Auschwitz/Birkenau this year, they said the museum there had the records from the first year or two, but not the last 4 or 5 years.

Who knows what they were thinking, but the Nazis kept records of everything.

Most of the records showing the Bush Family's involvement with Hitler have been in the public record for a long time.

By the end of WWll, weren't most of the german tanks built by the european subsidiary of Ford?

Here are copies of articles in the Chicago Tribune and the New York Times from the early 1920s and here is a copy of the anti-semitic pamphlet Ford authored and placed in new Ford automobiles.

Ford factories were churning out vehicles, which I think included tanks, all over Nazi occupied Europe until the end of the war. He tried to get payment for allied bomb damage and may have in some cases, I don't remember.

I think that much of the inspiration for the extermination camps came from Mr. Ford, both purpose and functionality.

Prescott Bush was a managerial front man, as are his descendents, and his business, which was created just to finance Hitler's war machine, was confiscated by the U.S. government almost a year after our entry into WW2 for trading with the enemy. Here is a copy of vesting order 248, the document ordering that act. I have added some notation as to which partners were Nazi party members and also the percentage of war materials they bought for Hitler.

The papers released in this massive archive sound like the documentation on individuals set for extermination rather than documentation of the perpetrators. I would like to get copies of documentation of Prescott's tours in Germany prior to WW2 in which he is alleged to have lectured on "Eugenics", the pseudo scientific excuse for the holocaust. I would think magazine articles or the like may still exist.
