A soldier from Eastern Kentucky says he was seeking mental help when police arrested him.

Police say 22-year-old Justin Faulkner of Stanton is accused of being absent without leave. Faulkner is facing his second tour of duty in Iraq.

4. If that young man had killed himself rather than sought treatment
No one would even have known that he had made his mental health problems know to his higher ups. He'd have just been one more in a growing number of statistical suicides within our military.
