1. Rudy's going to be sinking still more in the national polling after his
regional losses in Iowa and New Hampshire and yes, South Carolina.

His negatives are shooting up and his polling is spiralling down.

"9/11! 9/11! 9/11!" Rudy cries.

Isn't that the number Judy dials when she needs a taxi or dog-walker?

11. It's worked for them
for so long that what will the poor things do without their 9/11 crutch?

I suppose rudy will go on making 9/11 speeches about what a mayor he was but now since more shit has come to light..there'll be that nagging itch that rudy "America's mayor" isn't what he's cracked up to be. The bigger they are the harder they fall.

14. Poor Judy. She jumped on the bandwagon after all the "hero" hoopla and
now her guy's polling is tanking.

Hard to say if he can get it up again.

As for those dogs, I'm thinking they probably were better treated by the police than by her. Her past career exploits are not exactly animal-friendly.

It could be with the Giuliani campaign we're watching an implosion of historic proportion.

2. Where's Hillary's support going?
Or was her previous "support" just name recognition?

17. hear hear,
the country does not need a DLC-elitist who will play populist and then cave in when the important votes are needed. I've frankly had it with the Levins, the Pelosis, the Clintons...I want some Kucinichs, Dodds, Webbs to step up to the plate.

12. Obama has had a slight gain but Other/undecided is the winner.
Here is a graph of the Real Clear Politics poll averages from February to now:

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2008/president/us/democratic_presidential_nomination-191.html#polls

Hillary's high water mark was in mid-October, at 48.5%. At that time Obama was around 21.5% and Edwards was about 13%. That would have left 17% for other candidates or undecided.

Here are the current averages:

Hillary 41.6% (-6.9%)
Obama 23.3% (+1.8%)
Edwards 12.7% (-0.3%)
Other/undecided 22.4% (+5.4%)

16. Thanks!
I agree, I think it says it all about the knucklehead and his followers. I sure hope all the lurking Paul enthusiasts like it too.

3. The Fred Thompson hype went away rather quickly, didn't it?
It's a choice of the best and the brightest of the bottom of the barrel for the Repigs.

8. Look for Hillary to roll out a poll from August
Next she'll be using Bill's polls from '92.
