Bush tells Putin of poll concern

US President George W Bush has said he expressed concern about Russia's parliamentary elections in a phone call with President Vladimir Putin.

"I said we were sincere in our expressions of concern about the elections," Mr Bush told reporters at a news conference in Washington.

Mr Putin's United Russia secured a big majority in Sunday's election, which the Kremlin said was conducted fairly.

But opposition parties and Western observers said the poll was not fair.

Bush: Hey there Puhtin, I wanted to ...

Putin: It's pronounced Pootin. How many goddamn times do I have to tell you? How would you like it if I called you Boosh?

Bush: Yea whatever, Puhty Poot Pooty Puht. Listen. I'm getting pressure from Dick to *pauses* neh ... negosheeeate ... with you about your nukular ambitionssss.

Putin: I think you meant to call Iran then.

Bush: No I didn't, you know the ones you put in Cuba.

Putin: That was 1960 and you were on coke.

Bush: Hahaaaa! No way dude! I was fourteen So I would've been drunk off my assssss!

Putin: Are you drunk right now? Did you drink and dial?

Bush: Oh come on, man, talk to me. I can't talk to Dick anymore. He just makes me do stuff.

Putin hangs up.

If any event is out of their control, they complain and whine endlessly. Example: the election in Russia.

If things go their way, or if they have their fingers in it, they are strangely silent. It's a good way of understanding their involvements in foreign countries. These people tell you exactly what they are about.

It's like Bush and the neo-cons are just goading people, pretending their own stolen elections don't count.
