4. The Omnibus Appropriations Bill

Eliminates overtime, privatizes air traffic control, hides gun ownership, delays country of origin food labeling by 2 years.

About every sneaky thing the administration wanted. Cuts in all the programs Bush talked about funding the other night.

5. It's the omnibus bill

for fiscal year 2004 (started Oct 1). The one that eliminated the language blocking the labor dept's overtime rules even though both houses voted to block them; also the media ownership rules and the country-of-origin beef labeling requirement. All done in the conf. committee with much help of the White House.

Hold your nose; this stinks to high heaven.
