Former CIA official indicted anew in bribery case
Source: Associated Press

By MATTHEW BARAKAT – 2 hours ago

WASHINGTON (AP) — A new indictment of a former top CIA official alleges that he received bribes in the form of "sexual companionship" in exchange for helping a friend get an edge in landing multimillion-dollar contracts from the agency.

Federal prosecutors in Alexandria, Va., on Tuesday obtained a superseding indictment against Kyle "Dusty" Foggo, who as executive director held the CIA's No. 3 rank before leaving in 2006.

Hmm... Even though Thomas Kontogiannis just got sentenced in the Randy Cunningham set of scams, they still aren't over folks!

It sounds like there's a newer charge against one of those partners in crime, Dusty Foggo, that sounds like perhaps it might refresh what might have been the suspicious nature of the DC Madam's "suicide"? Or something similar to that anyway. This stuff just keeps "growing"...

1. A helps B...
B is grateful for A's help so in turn B gives A something to show appreciation. It may not seem like a crime until you begin to think about the other folks who were probably disadvantaged in bidding for the contracts that B got because of A's preferential intervention. Isn't B equally guilty?
