TelegraphIn the latest attack an ancient working water mill owned by Sir John Muir Drinkwater, the former director of airports operator BAA, was burned to the ground in the tiny village of Lohitzun-Oyhercq near Lower Navarre.
On a charred window shutter the arsonists scrawled the message "The Basque country is not for sale."
