Calling them on the lies they were spewing is not negative or spin.

A negative ad can be an honest and accurate attack on the opponent on the issues. Obama has run some really great negative ads against McFailedBadly. The attempted swiftboating of Obama over Ayers is not simply a negative ad, it is an outright and outrageous lie, a vindictive personal attack, a smear, slander, bullshit, and irrelevant, which is why their shit stinks and has failed.

Which is just more evidence, I suppose, that reality itself is against McCain/Palin this year.

And looking at today's stock market performance only hours before the debate, you start to wonder . . .

because you don't have shit to run on. Period.

McCain has fought a dirty campaign and 2004 was even dirtier. The difference is that Obama was able to use the experience of 2004 to justify going outside public financing so he has enough money to protect himself.

For one of the few times in recent presidential political history, they got out-campaigned - out-thought, out-planned, out-worked and out-organized. Let them think that they are victims. The longer they think that, and brood over it, the more time they waste and the less likely they are to fix their own problems.
