Ann Coulter Faces New Voter Fraud Allegations
Reported by Ellen - January 11, 2009 - 25 comments

Ann Coulter was cleared in a 2006 voter fraud investigation in Florida after an FBI agent/friend "intruded," but new questions have arisen about her previous voting record in Connecticut. The New York Daily News reports that Coulter voted there via absentee ballot in 2002 and 2004 while records show she actually lived in New York City. Given FOX News' obsession with voter fraud, can we expect an investigation from the "we report, you decide" network? A prime time discussion covering one of their most frequent guests on the "fair and balanced" network? Don't hold your breath.

The Daily News reports that Connecticut will begin a formal investigation if they receive a complaint under oath. The paper notes, "There are a few 9/11 widows who might volunteer. (Coulter, you remember, called them “harpies and witches.”)" Private investigator Joseph Culligan has the documents relevant to Coulter's Connecticut voting posted on his site, webofdeception.com.

Brad Friedman has an excellent run down of the Florida allegations, including convincing evidence that Coulter also committed tax fraud.

It's also worth noting that in a 2006 FOX News appearance, Coulter "defended" herself against the Florida allegations by saying that she really lived in New York.

14. Can't you vote in another state if you previously lived there and for example your parents still
liver there and you maintain a drivers license from there? Doesn't it come down to being a resident vs. a domicile? I thought the main thing was to not vote in 2 locations which is fraud.

19. Under Connecticut law you have to be a resident to vote there
This is their voter registration form:

This is their application for an absentee ballot:

Ms. Coulter could not legally vote in Connecticut using her parents' address because she did not meet the eligibility requirement. I hope they nail her on the actual voter fraud.

21. NY income tax is 7% versus 5% in CT....
She probably filed in CT to avoid the 2% difference.

However, she probably filed in another state which has no income tax. That would be in character.

22. Ann is a little long in the tooth to be using her parents address when living out of
state. MAYBE if she were a full time student or in the militiary and had no other residence of her own, she could get away with it.

23. In fairness to Ann, Romney seemed unable at one point to figure out if he lived in Utah or
Massachusetts. Maybe it's something about being a Republican that confuses you when it comes time to pay state taxes, vote or run for Governor?

Her good buddy with the FBI interceded on her behalf and told the state that they should let it go.

Friggin press, will they ever get anything right?

27. Just saw her on THE VIEW-they ate her alive
That bitch is so messed up I can't understand why someone hasn't beaten the hell out of her yet.

She says that "half-black" actors and musicians must hate their white mothers, or something that effect, because they gravitate toward their Black heritage.

She also said single mothers are responsbile for crime in America.

Much as I dislike Ann Coulter and her form of entertainment, I'd hardly propose violence.

31. She'll spew out anything just to get a rise outta people.
She's disgusting. It upsets me that the media is allowing her to spew more hate.

I was hopeful when the Today Show cancelled her. Then they let her on and I've seen promos of her being on several shows. (I won't watch her myself).

I wish the media would ignore her and she would simply go away.

Ignoring this idiotic woman and let her say more and more absurd things for attention. Eventually she will say something so bizarre and insane that she can be destroyed rather easily.
