(GOP Senator) Bunning refuses to release poll results, curses reporters

WASHINGTON — Kentucky Sen. Jim Bunning cursed at reporters during a telephone press call and refused to release the results of an internal political poll on Tuesday.

The poll results are "none of your g--d--- business," Bunning told reporters.

When a reporter asked if Bunning's decision to keep the poll numbers private infers that he isn't happy with the results, he responded: "You are going to infer any damn thing you choose, so why should I try to influence it."

For the past few months, Bunning has sparred with members of GOP leadership and the media as both questioned whether the senator can mount a strong bid for a third term. For weeks, reporters pressed and Bunning promised to share the results of a campaign poll conducted in late February. The results are seen as a critical test of Bunning's viability to potential campaign donors and voters.

I heard he was quite the dick when he was a ball player. I don't think he had the stats to make the Hall of Fame either..he was given that because he was about to enter into a position of power, not to mention most of the baseball establishment is seriously conservative!
