(GOP Rep.) King: Pelosi is an ‘enemy of national security’

Iowa Rep. Steve King is calling on Democrats to remove Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House because of her claim that CIA officials violated the law by failing to give her a ‘full briefing’ on the techniques used to interrogate detainees suspected of terrorism.

Speaking on Fox News, King said former speakers have been ousted “for much less,” and called Pelosi an “enemy of national security.”

“It is utter arrogance to think that she can roll back the truth,” King said. “We need to know when Nancy Pelosi was briefed… what did she know and when did she know it.”

King’s interviewer, Fox anchor Megyn Kelly, condemned Pelosi for attacking “patriots” who “helped prevent another attack on American soil.”

King agreed. “She is at some point going to have to face the truth,” he said.

But I thought we didn't torture! How arrogant of her to assume we did! You'd think we had pictures of such things or something. Rolling back the truth is something the GOP would never do! Not something a Prez who proudly served his entire Nat Guard term of duty would never do. No Repug in power would ever claim Saddam had anything to do with 9/11 if they knew it was false. Or put a roll back of the truth in the SOTU... or.... or...

We need to know 1st, what Cheney & Bush knew, and when they knew it, THEN we can go after the people not in power at the time.

Nancy Pelosi is a very honest and sincere person and I will never believe the GOP on this issue. The fact that they would side with the CIA is predictable.
