Go ahead and walk away from that TV if you're watching CNN. I'm sure they're proud to have had live coverage of the Michael Jackson story during MSNBC and Faux's live coverage of Coleman's press conference.

The only time I watch CNN is when the Doctor show is on MSNBC in the morning out here in the mountain time zone. Pfui. The last thing I want at 10 AM is some doctor telling me things to worry about.

That guy is one of the bigger attention whores on the market right now. Have you heard of his new $10k challenge? Check this shit out: He has put up $10,000 of his ill-gotten gains from fleecing freepers, and is encouraging people to throw money into the pot, as a reward. If you can prove to have been present at the birth of President Obama, you will receive the money.

The only problem here is, the attending physician and delivery room attendants could well have died of old age. So we'll hear all this bullshit about "vault copies" of birth certificates for the next 100 years.

They went too far when they made it clear it was all to avoid a 60 seat majority.

Now that Sanford is a bust for 2012, there's a push to clean up Pawlenty's image with American voters.

But that never bothered them, before.

It would appear the American voter is not quite as stupid as they thought. Who knew? :shrug:

Apologies to special ed people. But this is simply appalling, that he waited until now to do the obvious thing.

They realized they were going to lose this no matter what and that the public hit they were taking was too much. It was no longer just affecting Coleman, but Pawlenty as well. Pawlenty was under major pressure in Minnesota to get this over with and even republicans were turning against this nonsense. Since they have lost Sanford, they are down to Romney, Pawlenty, and Palin in 2012 (maybe Huckabee...Jindal already showed he isn't ready), at least for now.

Palin scares them to death (even though we are supposed to believe that WE are scared of Palin...HA!). Higher up republicans can see just as well as we can how incompetent she is. Romney and Huckabee failed to beat McCain which is pretty bad in republican circles. So Pawlenty is one of the last of the untarnished rising stars that they have. They have to keep him out of this and they finally realized it. Unfortunately for them, I think they realized it about 4 months too late. Pawlenty has already taken heat for this crap.

He's a toadie for the Rethuglican party.

The republicans fought it too long and now Pawlenty has been exposed nationally much more than they ever wanted him to be. He has acted like the jackass he is, and the whole nation got to see it as a result of this stupidity.
