"The overall fact it could be a failure in that plant, due to this system being done wrong," said Speegle.
"We hope they learned a lesson from this," said Potts. "You can't fire employees and create an atmosphere of intimidation and allow shoddy practices to go on."
In the board's ruling, Speegle will receive reinstatement of his position, back pay, compensation, and have his attorney's fees paid. It is very rare for a board to overturn a judge's ruling.
