Bolivia Lanza Nueva Estrategia Antidrogas (The End Of Zero Coca)
The same day the US drugczar arrives....Ha!

http://www.prensa.com/hoy/mundo/1568039.html

1. Then what?
So what will they do with the cocaine that is cultivated "alternatively." What market is there for cocaine? I don't support much of what the US does in Latin America and South America, especially in reference to the drugs. More needs to be done here to help the addicts, but again, what does Bolivia plan on doing if they are not shutting down the coca farms?

coca is cultivated and has been for thousands of years.

Funny that the locals never had a problem with it, no?

On edit: Coca is about the same as coffee.
