Gunmen release three terrorists from (Pakistan) police station

MULTAN—Unidentified gunmen attacked a police station and got their three under-custody accomplices released here on Monday.

According to details, three suspected terrorists were in custody of Lapa Police Station in Multan after their arrest a few days back. On Monday, unidentified gunmen attacked the police station and secured the release of the detained accused, while three policemen including an ASI were injured in the process.

The attackers brought their three accomplices with them after breaking police lockup. Sources said the three policemen tried to resist, who were attacked and injured by the gunmen.
