Six militants killed in drone attack

Six militants were killed in a US drone attack in the volatile North Waziristan tribal region in northwest Pakistan on Monday, officials said.

The drone fired three missiles at a moving vehicle in Marsikhel area near Miranshah, the main town of North Waziristan Agency.

US drones have carried out dozens of attacks on Taliban hideouts in North Waziristan since January.
Nearly 300 people have been killed in 42 drone attacks in Pakistan's tribal belt so far this year.

All but one of these attacks were carried out in North Waziristan.

Boy, talk about terrorism. If we had those things buzzing over our heads all day, wondering if we might be the next target.
And who selects the target? Based on what I have read radio transmitters are deployed by selected civilians to target the victims. So don't piss off your brother-in-law. He may finger you.
But yeah, militants.

Somehow, that didn't take off.

I also said, "PS: Please don't call it a Crusade."

He didn't listen to me about THAT, either.

However, they did use my suggestion of "Operation Iraqi Liberation" for a while.
