Crist will win and show how the rethugs continue to shoot themselves in the foot.

1. How is that? He's a Rethug.
Do you think he is going to change because he calls himself something else to get elected?

2. I am not cheering for him.
I just want the rethugs to have to eat dust with their actions. Certainly his core remains in place but it would be interesting to see what another independent and his voting power would do to the conservatives in the Senate.

12. He could turn out to be the Republican Joe Lieberman
If Crist no longer needs to bow down to the extreme right anymore he will probably be more flexible about social issues that liberals and progressives care about. Sure, he's still a conservative Republican, but not all conservative Republicans enjoy being tethered to birthers, Beck and Christian fundamentalists.

4. Heh, Joey Scar had to scramble today to explain THAT.
He was yammering for weeks now that Rubio was the political "future" for FL, since he, Joe, knew ALL ABOUT it, being from FL and all that!

Well, well, ya been too long in NYC bub! So much for YOUR brilliant mind...

6. Respectfully. It Has Nothing To Do With His Being In NYC
He never knew anything anyway, even when he was living in Florida. He has an excellent track record of being wrong.

11. Rubio has always been as crooked as the day is long.
A Jeb Bush protege.

What's going to bear watching is Meeks primary.

The word I'm getting on the ground is that Crist is not only picking up independent voters, but he's getting a substantial amount of quiet Democratic support. I'm talking DEC members here.

13. I emailed him about vetoing that education bill
and immediately started getting campaign updates. They're well done, too. Looks like he has a good team.

And, is there anyone associate with Jeb Bush that isn't filthy? Geeze.
