Voter to Palin: You sold out Alaska

As former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin was filming an episode of her new reality show over the weekend, she ended up in a videotaped confrontation with a voter who accused Palin of abandoning the state for money.

It took place in Homer, Alaska, as voter Kathleen Gustafson was hanging a sign that labeled Palin the state's "worst governor ever."

According to New York magazine, the exchange was filmed by the owner of the property. Palin's husband Todd and another Palin handler can be seen attempting to block the camera's view.

When Gustafson tells Palin she's a teacher, the former governor's reaction is less than enthusiastic.

are eighty miles from my town in Soldotna and I used to live and work there. Jewel grew up there and its a kick ass lib town. Very artsy, very gutsy and very cool. Homer is a town with balls. :)

I had a cold beer and my bucket of halibut and chips and sat down at a picnic-like table facing south. So while I'm enjoying my fish, I hear an explosion that sounds like distant thunder, and in front of me a giant volcanic plume exploded over Mt Augustine. What a view. A volcano side show to go with dinner.

That was even better than the earthquake that almost shook me out of my Holiday Inn bed in Anchorage on another trip. Never a dull moment in Alaska.

She's on a completely different level of dumb than Bush was on. At least he had money and family connections. She can hardly form a sentence on the street except for "protecting the constitution" which she doesn't seem to know anything about.

I'm worried about my tinnitus worsening if her voice is to be broadcast nonstop over the next year and a half.

I just took a trip to Alaska about a month ago. It is without a doubt the most magnificent, beautiful place I have ever seen. The people in Alaska were very friendly, and we talked to several Alaska residents while there. They ALL brought up Palin (we didn't even mention her name)! The consensus is that the people of Alaska can't stand her - they see her as a opportunist who ditched them for greener pastures down in the lower 48. Every town we went to had a T-shirt store that had caricatures of Sarah hanging in the windows with colorful slogans! It was a hoot!

getting exposed-

Have known people in my life who were in high positions but were as stupid as a mud fence. They are usually the screamers and the belittlers. They are so desperate not to be found out, that they do everything in their power to distract from themselves and focus on the other person as if it were their problem. Notice how the conversation goes from her being a failure to her having a botox malfunction.

The few media outlets reporting on this are are focusing on just that, not that the protester was correct in calling failin quitter a failure.

i mean, if palin could be elected governor, what does that say about alaska. which may not be a fair assessment. she looks great until she opens her mouth. and on paper she probably sounded great too. like most politicians. they are like that used car that is all shiny and sounds great and you buy it and about a month later your engine starts having problems. you look close and see someone rigged it to work just long enough to get past the warranty period.

i still hear people say they LOVE palin and want her to be president. i honestly don't think they are really looking at her closely enough. from what i have seen, she doesn't even really seem interested in being president. she wants money and everything she is doing seems to be toward that goal.

Seemed more like total disdain. As someone regarded as unworthy or inferior. Made me want to puke!

I watched the video and it shows just how inept Palin is without her handlers. I'm still trying to figure out why, in the last election, Henry Kissinger was trying to sell the Wasilla Witch to world leaders as the next great peanut butter & jam sandwich.
