Defense ministry: South Korea ends live-fire drill
Source: CNN

Seoul, South Korea (CNN) -- South Korea's live-fire military exercise has ended, the country's defense ministry said Monday.

The drill started about two hours earlier Monday afternoon, and fighter jets took to the sky in preparation for possible retaliation by North Korea.

Pyongyang had threatened to retaliate, but there was no sign of fire from the North's side of the border.

Well such is life, soon it is time to go to bed... but it is always fun to watch these things as they develop. It is very different than when doing this as a historian...
