Five arrested over 'Anonymous' web attacks

Five men have been arrested over a spate of recent web attacks carried out in support of Wikileaks.

The five males are being held after a series of arrests at residential addresses in the West Midlands, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey and London this morning.

The men were arrested in relation to recent and ongoing attacks by an online group that calls itself "Anonymous".

not for the arrest. Not shockingly, the "Anonymous" members were not in the U.S. We need them here too...

most of the people that participated in this arent that computer friendly... and from their last statement about downloading a program to do their dirty work instead of (god forbid) someone typing 1 command at the command prompt... now even more people will put themselves at risk by participating.

unless you know what you are doing, people can trace this crap back. finding the origin of a flood of info aint that hard. especially if you have ISPs co-operating
