US extradition claims revealed by Wikileaks site
8:00am Friday 18th February 2011

By Mark Tallentire »

THE extradition of a former university academic accused of plotting to smuggle military equipment to Iran was delayed for political reasons, a leaked secret cable claims.

A US diplomatic cable published by Wikileaks suggests the UK Government put the extradition of Nosratollah Tajik on hold to protect sensitive nuclear talks with Iran.

The claim appears at odds with ministerial statements given to the House of Commons four months after the cable was sent, saying the extradition was a judicial process and that the sole issue to be considered was whether it would breach Mr Tajik’s human rights.

Mr Tajik’s lawyers denied he had any connections to terrorists and said US agents were running amok in Britain, inciting people to break the law.

2. A person asks themseleves - which side of the limited information does
a person tend to side with even when they know it is premature to take sides. I side against the CIA/State. Why is that? Do I do it because I SMELL a CAMPAIGN? Were our intel given fabricated intel by another country - which doesn't have to be the country the target is currently living in?

I notice that we always have the allegation but no statement of the accuser having proof. Do we assume that it is all legal?

How much of planting is written in 'our' law? Since we use multi-national intel - do we just look for a oountry that doesn't have a law and say they are handling the evidence part?

Our world is sick by plan and willing disease spreaders.

What is a name for jumping in and taking sides without proof? I have that dis-ease when it comes to our 22 intel divisions, plus the State and all the lobbyists and ceo's and bankers.

Our lives are not what we were told they were going to be and I am learning why.
