1. Here is the first 4 paragraphs:
Revealed Libyan sources familiar with the city of Benghazi where the headquarters of the Interim National Council that announced some of the names in his squad for the Administration of the country, that Colonel Muammar Gaddafi sent yesterday negotiator on his behalf of the Council, and announced its readiness to abandon power and leave the outside of Libya in return for guaranteeing his safety and his family.

The sources said that Gaddafi spoke on condition that it be as follows: to convene a General People's Congress (parliament Gaddafi), and declare which Gaddafi to step down and hand over power to the National Council, the requirement to ensure his safety and his family and to ensure that money.

The sources added, in contact with the «Middle East», one of the conditions that Gaddafi to help him out to the country which will be meant, and that is waived for pursuing and pursued abroad and brought to international courts.
