Arab League backs Libya no-fly zone: France
Source: AFP

PARIS — The Arab League supports imposing a no-fly zone over Libya to prevent Moamer Kadhafi's government forces attacking rebels, French officials said Monday, quoting the league's secretary general.

Secretary general Amr Mussa told French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe that the league backed the idea when the pair met in Cairo on Sunday, foreign ministry spokesman Bernard Valero told reporters.

Juppe said Saturday his country was working with Britain to get a United Nations Security Council resolution to impose a no-fly zone in Libya.

11. Okay
I agree. I just didn't expect French army jokes. In this case someone should tell them that an air force is supposed to do more the fly exhibitions at the Paris Air Show.

8. In agreement with all of you all

It's the arabs neighborhood. They all have lots of arms. Let them do the no fly, no reason for the US to do it. We don't have the money.
