Car Jumps Curb in Midtown, Injuries Reported (formerly Penn station story)

(New York-WABC, April 9, 2004) — On the north side of West 33rd Street at Seventh Avenue, one of the corners of Penn Station, a passenger car has apparently jumped the curb and possibly hit a building.

Someone told me about it. I don't see anything on TV yet. Anybody hear anything. I can see down 7th Ave and I see some emergency vehicles. Also, others have seen helecopters flying low. Anybody know what's up?

Enron's Skilling hospitalized in N.Y.

NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- Former Enron chief Jeffrey Skilling was taken to a Manhattan hospital Friday after several people reported to police he was pulling on their clothes and accusing them of being FBI agents, The Associated Press reported.

5. They wouldn't close 7th ave for that.
There was a shootout on 42nd street with multiple shooters last year and they didn't even close more than a long block.

....a car jumped the curb and hit a woman and child - they were taken by ambulance.
