Iran's leader taking over Oil Ministry temporarily, news agency says

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has said that he will temporarily run the country's Oil Ministry, state-run media reported Monday.

The move, according to the Islamic Republic News Agency, follows Ahmadinejad's decision to relieve three Iranian ministers of their duties as part of a plan to merge ministries.
