2. No, but it is heavily guarded
The problem's that its a tall building visible from a wide area. Its been hit before (I think last on March 24). It will be hit again. Given the choice, I'd probably want to stay elsewhere.

3. Happens all the time over here...
God knows how many times I've been having a drink in a Sheraton hotel somewhere and - boom!! - a missile hits. These things are very common in a free country. Don't sweat it.

5. Just the perils of democracy
And we wonder why the rest of the world views us with suspicion, like your crazy uncle Edward when he's had a few too many drinks.

Except this crazy uncle has the world's largest military.

Except this crazy uncle has the world's largest supply of WMD.

Except this crazy uncle is the ONLY COUNTRY so far to use atomic weapons in combat.

Yep, if I was the rest of the world, I'd hide the guns from uncle Edward too.

7. Just a few Saddam diehards
I'm sure we'll have the last of the evildoers dealt with shortly.

Remember, if they weren't shooting missiles at hotels in Iraq, they'd be shooting them at hotels in your town.

12. Just a Mars rover that went astray
Now that the Iraqis have democracy, they have the freedom power necessary to send probes on interplanetary missions. This one just went a little off course. No biggy.
