Former Juárez police chief killed in Chihuahua City

Former Juárez Police Chief José Refugio Plascencia Ruvalcaba was shot and killed in Chihuahua City on Wednesday morning, Chihuahua prosecutors said.
Ruvalcaba, 55, was shot inside an Applebee's restaurant and pronounced dead at the scene. Prosecutors said three gunment stormed into the restaurant and shot Ruvalcaba several times at point-blank range in the head.

3. I think what made people dead in this case was bullets.

Not the 1 appetizer, 2 entrees and a desert for 20 dollars deal.
