Bush, Cheney to Talk to 9/11 Commission April 29
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney will appear together to answer questions in private before the commission investigating the 9/11 attacks on April 29, an official said on Wednesday.

They will meet at the White House with the members of the commission. Their appearance had been planned but a specific date had not been announced.

The commission has been hearing public testimony from various top officials to determine whether the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks could have been avoided.

Bush at one time had hoped to meet with just the chairman and vice chairman of the commission for only one hour. Under pressure from the panel, however, he agreed to meet all nine members and answer questions for as long as necessary.

1. "Under pressure from the panel....."
Now Bush and Cheney will meet with the panel for as long as it takes...

Why doesn't the panel pressure them to meet separately and why isn't there more noise from the media on this issue?

It's just going to be a big fiasco of Bush mumbling and Cheney interrupting him the whole time. Too bad we won't see it.

2. Where is the outrage?
Why isn't the public telling them to meet separately? This is unprecedented.....as seems to be the case in just about everything the administration does.

6. This is proof the American Media, 95%, are a bunch of liars, whores,
and/or Shadow Government moles. And it's the their mouth pieces. It's the Board of Directors and CEOs who should be RICO'd. But there isn't anyone left with morally and power to do this.

7. Cheney to carry fresh diapers and...
.....Bush's "blankie" for his mid meeting nap.

No oath. No public witnesses. No full transcript. No purpose.

12. This is interesting
Most people think that the chimp is hiding is Chechny's skirts. Actually, this is Cheney hiding behind the chimp's constitutional priveleges.

15. Not my joke, but...
.. You'd find it a little to unnerving that Bush doesn't say anything when Cheney is taking a drink of water.

16. George, it's going to take us 9 days to get our stories straight - Cheney
Oh, man. I wish I could be a fly on the wall for this nonsense. Someone sneak in a hidden camera, because this will be really, really dumb.

Perhaps Dickey will be reading Woodward's book to Chimp boy at night to get those stories straight.
